“Well, the kids have to learn about Tek War sooner or later.”
I’ve been playing Chulip lately, and I can’t get this song out of my head. That guy’s voice… I can’t….
Everyone is doing that “Recreate Video Game Box Art with Clip Art and Comic Sans” thing, so I did a thing, and here is that thing.

Consoles & Games Haul!
A friend found a magical box of wonder in his garage, and let me have any games that were inside. Here’s what we found:
- A Sega Saturn
- Saturn games: Street Fighter: Real Battle on Film (Japanese import), Daytona USA, Fighting Vipers, Street Fighter Alpha 2, NHL 98, Sega Rally Championship, Street Fighter Alpha: Warriors’ Dreams, Virtua Fighter Kids, and Bust a Move 2: Arcade Edition
- A PS2 Model 1
- An Atari 2600
- Atari 2600 games: Astroblast, Football, Jungle Hunt, Winter Games, Baseball, Defender, Star Raiders, Pac-Man, Space Shuttle, and E.T.
Spring cleaning time! I’ve added a few things to my console collection recently: a Sega Genesis Model 1 and Sega CD Model 1 (found at a thrift store), and a Sega Power Base Converter sent to me by a friend (it allows you to play Master System games on a Genesis). I’ve also received a second Sega Saturn, Atari 2600, and a Model 1 PS2, which will be pictured in my upcoming haul post.
Arino is more frightened of video games than I am. IT IS A FISHING SIM.

I’ve been playing too many new games lately.
First, I got The Cave. Then, the new(-ish) Bangai-O. Then, Binary Domain (because I heard it’s ridiculous).
All the while, I’ve been working on Lucienne’s Quest for 3DO. I might do a Let’s Play of that pretty soon. I know I’m super late to the LP party, but I feel that I need to bring the ridiculousness of 3DO games to the masses.
